Howdy, i just got my Bamboo One and have toyed with it a bit...i love it!

Can you tell me if the pressure sensitivity features can be implemented into Photoshop CS4? Y'know like pressure affecting colour, thickness and opacity?

Pressure should affect thickness, but under you preferences you should be able to pull up your tablet and play around with different settings.
